Looking for winter fun? Pennsylvania's Great Lakes Region is the place to find it! If you're into cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or winter hiking, try the trail through Oil Creek State Park—Oil Creek and Titusville Railroad trains come through this trail, so if you're too worn out to make it back, you can return by train (for a fee). If ice fishing, skating, sledding, iceboating, or snowmobiling are more your speed, check out Pymatuning State Park. You might also want to pay a visit during this park's Annual Snow Fun Days. A winter concession at the Jamestown Marina offers refreshments and rents ice skates and cross-country skis.
